WHO WE ARE?

We are Lebanese professionals from different backgrounds who share common values and principles.

Our main aim in joining hands through OUNSS is to support Lebanese children from under privileged environments in enhancing their learning and contributing to their well being. We strongly believe that it is only through education that the cycle of poverty can be breached. OUNSS, a non profit-non governmental association, was established in 2019 under the registration No. 1610.

FIFE Learn more about FIFE

Since 2019, we have witnessed an alarming increase in the number of children going to school hungry, often without any food.
In response, OUNSS launched the ”FIFE - Food Initiative For Education" to distribute weekly food packages to 100 children that contain at least: 7 man’oushe 7 juices 7 cakes Till December 2025, 45.000 packages were distributed. Sustaining the packages distribution to 100 children on a weekly basis necessitate an annual budget of $25,000

MAKTABA offers an after school trusted and safe environment conceived for learning, providing: Qualified teachers for homework assistance, Access to equipment: Stationaries, computers, printers, and internet Books and reference materials Constructive activities to foster learning Daily Meals
MAKTABA Centers currently operate in Achrafieh, Sin el Fil, and Ein Remmaneh Sustaining this initiative necessitate an annual budget of $25,000 for every 25 children MAKTABA initiatives is highly solicited to be replicated in other areas of Lebanon

RIYADA Summer Camps offer sports trainings to children from cities and villages in Lebanon. This initiative secures: Qualified coaches, Provision of sports shoes, equipment, and materials, Transportation to and from the camps, Fun tournaments, Healthy and constructive community activities
Sustaining this initiative necessitate an annual budget of $15,000 for every 70 children

SUMMER CAMP Learn more about SUMMER CAMP

The OUNSS Summer Camp is designed to provide a safe an engaging environment where children can develop both creative and athletic skills and build friendships. OUNSS offers a 6-weeks camp for children where Dance, Music, Singing, Theatre, Games, Crafts, Cooking classes, Kermess, and other fun activities are on the menu.

M was 7 years old and she had heart disease that prevented her from attending school. OUNSS helped her throughout her surgery process supporting her morally and financially. As soon as she recovered, M was registered at school , we provided all needed books and stationeries , and we gave her academic support to catch up with her mates. Now M is enjoying excellent school results and blossoming with hope!

Four siblings aged 8 to 13 years did not have the opportunity to attend school due to poverty. Father was physically disabled and mother was sick and bedridden. With the support of Saint Vincent de Paul association in Ain el Remmaneh we were able to secure school integration. Since 2023, we have been ensuring private academic support to help the four siblings reach the learning level needed . These four siblings are now fully integrated at school and hope for a better future!

MJ attended Maktaba, our academic after school center ever since we started in 2019. We watched her grow while giving her academic support and all our love. Today she enrolled in nursing school and is looking at her future with Hope and Dignity!

LIFE ON LAND

On May 17, 2025, OUNSS Association with IENG company launched LIFE ON LAND Initiative an art exhibition based on UN SDG Goals. The children had a one month training to create their own artwork . This training was followed by an exhibition and prizes to the most creative artists.

Abdel Rahman EL BACHA Concert at SILK Factory

On October 28th, 2024, international Pianist Abdel Rahman EL BACHA played wonderful Piano concert at SILK Factory , Fidar. The proceeds went to the initiatives of OUNSS Association.

On March 1st, 2022, a photography exhibition through the lens of Nadim ABBOUD, Esq took place at
ABBOUD & ASSOCIATES Offices where all Proceeds and donations funded OUNSS Association initiatives.
